Actually, let’s just cut out circles around his nipples and abs.
Let’s just give him fishnets too.

The past two days have been full of sensations that are entirely new to me.
My biopsy went well, and I might get the results today.
However, as part of my recovery I am not allowed to do much beyond lay on the couch and watch Netflix. I’m on bed rest for the next several days.
I probably won’t be on my laptop much since it’s still pretty uncomfortable to sit up, but you guys are welcome to Skype me or whatever if you want to keep me company.
I’ve really appreciated all the support from you through this!

This is the sort of attitude that makes me despise the animal rights movement. Do you know what sort of people murder animals for minimum wage? Poor people, working class people, migrants and those with no other choice. The majority of slaughterhouse workers are from these backgrounds. They work in dangerous conditions, and often suffer physical injuries and psychological trauma due to the work that they’re forced to carry out.
And don’t you dare fucking reply by saying: “Well they can just get another job”. We don’t live in your fairy tale society where people can just magically abandon their job and find another one five minutes later, especially if you’re poor, unqualified or a migrant. They can’t afford to be out of work, not when they’ve got rent and bills to pay and starving children to feed.
The animal rights movement is quick to demonise slaughterhouse workers, but they never stop to consider how these people are forced into these horrible positions. If you took so time to step outside of your bubble you would realise that these people are usually decent human beings who have no other choice.
You may also realise that the forces that keep these people in these shit jobs are the same forces that keep animals enslaved. Fighting for their rights will bring about rights for animals too, and vice versa.
