“In year seven I begged the teacher to make us science partners so that you would be forced to interact with me. I asked you to come around five times, even though you obviously were not comfortable coming over. Instead of suggesting a neutral place to do the project, like the library, I chose to do the project by myself so I could hold it over your head. In year eight, even though you had previously shown no interest in my advances, I sent you an absurd amount of material gifts in an attempt to be romantic. You did not want my gifts, and made that abundantly clear by giving them away or just putting them in the bin. In year nine, I had still not learned that you held no interest in me, so I asked you to dance at the disco. Knowing how I have behaved in the past, you said yes just so I would stop pestering you so you could have long enough to go somewhere I would not be able to bother you, even if this potentially ruined your experience that evening. In year ten, I spent more money on gifts you never asked for so that you would be obligated to spend time with me. You either misunderstood my intentions to be an apology for my previous behavior, or you realized you had no obligation to spend time with me, so you used to gift with your actual friend. Now, in year eleven, since I have neglected to take into consideration that you do not have any interest in me and that you do not owe me anything, I am going to publicly shame you for not giving in to my entitlement.”

There, fixed it. Now, can we please stop celebrating this guy for trying to manipulate a girl and then getting mad at her when it didn’t work?
